8 MINUTE LEG & BOOTY WORKOUT WITH A BABY BUMP


Guess What! This coach is having a surprise baby! That's right like most things in our life this wasn't on the agenda. We have been blessed with positivity and a return of strength. So far things are fairly normal and I'm eternally grateful for that. However, those first 12 weeks were like getting hit with a freight train. I know there are some mamas out there who know what I'm talking about. Staying fit and keeping nutrition in line has been a hard struggle to say the least. Honestly, it came to a halt and set me back a few feet but I picked myself up as soon as the nausea vanished.

In a clear headed moment I felt the urge to make this 8 Minute Leg & Booty Workout. All of the moves are done on the floor with a yoga mat. It's first trimester baby bump approved! You need not to worry... you don't actually need a baby to get your booty burning. I'm wearing ankle weights - 3 lbs on each ankle to be exact to add to the challenge.

So the next time you're binge watching Girls or Game of Thrones just remember that you can be laying down and tightening your thighs all at the same time! It's a win win!
