Did you miss the challenge? No worries! You can find all of the videos below. Each video shows you 5 different moves. Simply set a timer for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Repeat the round for a total of 3 times. That's a 15 minute workout! Now pat yourself on the back and be sure to let us know you're doing it so we can give you a virtual high five.
