Greetings! I'm Alexi Senske, founder of Trop Aqua Wellness. Fitness wasn't always a passion of mine but after 10 years of ZERO exercise and an 18 month old baby boy I knew that I had to do something but I just didn't know what or how.  At the time, I was stuck in a physical and mental rut.  My confidence was diminishing due to diastasis recti.  My joints were hurting, I was constantly fatigued and exhausted.  I hardly had enough time to cut my own fingernails much less exercise.  Joining a gym and finding child care was not an option for me because it's too costly and time consuming.  I found a few things online but I felt like I needed more support, guidance and a human connection.


A friend of mine took me to a FREE PiYo class. It was at this point that everything started to unfold.  


What is PiYo?  PiYo is a pilates and yoga inspired fitness program designed to to strength and stretch your body.  The speed is cranked up to give you a low impact fat burning workout! 


I told the instuctor that this is  exactly what I needed and wanted to know how I could do more PiYo on a regular basis.  I joined her online accountability group and completed two rounds of PiYo (16 weeks) in the comfort of my own home. Working out 6 days a week for an average of 35 minutes a day! That's it!! Log story short, my ailments are gone, diastasis recti is on the mend and I have never felt better about myself. I absolutely love and truly believe in the PiYo program.  I'm now a coach and certified PiYo Instructor offering the same services.  


Prior to starting the coaching process I'll need to get to know you first and determine the best fitness program for you.  PiYo is my absolute love but there are several others to consider depending on your fitness level and goals.

Whether we work one on one or within a large challenge group we will focus on three vital areas of Nutrition, Exercise, and Personal Developmemt. When all of these areas are nutured your level of success will skyrocket!  Find out what works for you, get into a heathy rountine and really stick with it.  I belive that if you plan ahead and have positive outlook on food and your health, you will eliminate temptation and set yourself up for great results.
