Mindfully Fit 4 Days with LIIFT4 Part 2
Here at Trop Aqua Wellness I advocate daily physical movement, whether that be stretching, yoga, cardio, or weights - it's an integral part to keeping the Mind, Body, Spirit in balance. But guess what yall, it doesn't have to be long grueling and hard.
How would you like to train your best for 4 days a week around 30-40 minutes a day? We'll be combining Strength and HIIT training that everyone can do regardless of their fitness level using a new 8-week program called LIIFT4.
You will be able to do this program in the comfort of your home using our digital On Demand streaming platform. It's like the Netflix of fitness! You're going to need a place to keep track of our progress and I've got the perfect APP for you to use. That way you can get support from me, your coach Alexi Senske and the rest of our online community.

Wait, let me interrupt you for a moment. So, I've already completed a full 8 week round of LIIFT4 and I fell in love with it. Not only did I have strength gains but I also had visible muscle gains. Building muscle is hard on my long lean frame (I'm Vata Dosha) and was happy to say that I made more than just progress with the program.
